Our vacation property is located on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking Cape Cod National Seashore. The main house, which has been featured in a national magazine and two books, enjoys views of sunsets, and even a peek of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from its rooftop deck. The informal 1 bedroom guest house is just down a short trail from the Main house. this air-conditioned home has a finely crafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a "space of our own" for older children. It is available (after mid-June) with the main house or separately.

WEEKLY RATES

2012 SEASON
High-Season (6/23 to 8/24)
Main House: $2500; Guest House: $1400; Both Houses: $3500
Low-Seasons (5/26 to 6/22 & 8/25 to 10/19)
Main House: $1500; Guest House: $1000 Both Houses: $2100
Off-Season (10/20/12 to 5/24/13, except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Main House: $975 or $600 minimum for up to 3-nights; Guest House: $700 or $450 minimum for up to 3-nights; Both Houses: $1275 or $850 for up to 3 nights. Email for holidays rates stating desired dates and number of people.

2011 HOLIDAYS
Thanksgiving: Wed-Sunday (4 night)
MH $900 ($225/night); GH $700 ($100/night); Both $1100 ($275/night)
Minimum stay: 4 nights

Christmas/New Year: 12/23-1/1 (9 nights)
MH $1200 ($133/night); GH $800($89/night); Both Houses $1600 ($178/night)
Minimum stay: 4 nights

Security Deposit
We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details)
