Mimosa is a fully renovated apartment on the shore of one of the world's most famous and beautiful bays: Kotor Bay in Montenegro. Across the water from the medieval city of Kotor, Mimosa's terrace overlooks the water onto the city. With 2 double or twin rooms with 2 full bathrooms, and a double sofa bed, Mimosa can sleep up to 6 persons. The air conditioning and heating ensure that the temperature is cool in summer & warm in winter.

Just 5 metres from the Adriatic sea, you can swim, fish, or boat on this stunning bay with its calm waters and warm temperature. Kotor bay is southern Europe's deepest fjord. There is a tiny beach of a few metres in front of Mimosa and another slightly larger beach a 100 metres from the house. Dotted around Kotor bay are numerous jetties which are used as platforms for entering the water.

Boats trips and water sports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront.

This tiny and unique place is considered the pearl of the Adriatic!

Extra Fees: No extra fees or departure cleaning costs. This is included in the rent. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This reverts to a breakage fee and is refunded after departure.
